Finds, ordering and warehouse QC
Weidian Spreadsheet: find your item, then know what to check.
Browse product finds and follow an order through a shopping agent. When warehouse photos arrive, use our illustrated QC guides to check the item before you arrange shipping.
Browse finds by category
Start from a category rather than a search box when you do not have a specific item in mind. Each tile below carries the one frame that decides the order for that kind of product, which is also the frame worth asking to have redone.

What is a Weidian Spreadsheet?
A product discovery site with category links, photographs and listing details. It helps you find a seller’s item; the shopping agent handles payment, warehouse receiving and the international parcel.
Why use this guide?
Each category has different checks. We show real photo examples and explain which angles answer a size, colour or condition question, so you can ask for the evidence you need.
How to check QC photos
Start with the order: is it the right item, colour, size and quantity? Then inspect seams, prints and visible damage. Ask for a close-up or measurement where the available frame does not answer your question.
Photos can show visible condition. They cannot establish authenticity, hidden materials or long-term performance.
Where QC fits in the buying process
Find the product → pay for the goods → wait for warehouse receiving → review the photos → choose packaging and shipping → track delivery. Resolve a wrong size or visible defect before the parcel leaves the warehouse.
