A guide to one step of one process
Weidian Spreadsheet QC is an independent editorial site about the inspection photos you get when you buy from Weidian sellers through a shopping agent. It is written and maintained by a small editorial desk that has been publishing guides for this kind of shopping for several years.
We chose this narrow subject on purpose. There are plenty of general introductions to agent shopping. There are very few explanations of the one moment where you are asked to make a decision from four photographs.
The relationships, stated plainly
All three matter for how you should read the rest of the site.
Weidian
No relationship at all. We explain the platform because you cannot read the photos without knowing where the goods came from. We do not represent it and have never spoken to it.
LoongBuy
A partner. Links to their site are partner links, and if you order through them we may earn a commission at no cost to you. We are not the agent, cannot see your orders, and cannot act on them.
The listings site
Where we point you for product discovery. We link to its category pages rather than to individual products, because product links go stale.
How this site is written
Every factual claim about the inspection comes from a page we opened and read, and the date we read it is on the page carrying the claim. Where a value changes over time, we describe the mechanism and link to the official page instead of freezing a number into a sentence. Prices, fees, delivery times and coupon values appear nowhere on this site for that reason.
The photographs are the agent's own published inspection examples. We blurred the order numbers, cropped the viewer controls, and checked each image against what we wrote next to it rather than trusting the file names.
Drafting used AI assistance. Every claim, link and image on the site was then checked by a person against the source, which is the part that actually matters.
What we can and cannot do

- Correct anything you can show us is wrong
We cannot
- See, change, cancel or refund an order
- Authenticate an item or judge a batch
- Promise a price, a photo count or a delivery date
- Speak for Weidian, for a seller, or for the agent
Corrections and contact
If something here is wrong, out of date, or reads as though it was written by somebody who has never used the service, tell us and we will fix it. Takedown requests about any image on this site go to the same address and are actioned rather than argued with.
